New Conference Dates Will Be Announced Soon with Coordination with UCI.

1. Student Registration: Requires valid student picture ID for 2021 to pick up registration packages on Tuesday morning (no substitution allowed). IEEE Student Members need to present their valid 2021 IEEE membership card and number in addition to their valid student picture ID (for 2021) to pick up registration package on Tue. Sept 14, 2021.

2. IEEE Members: Requires valid 2020 IEEE membership ID to pick up registration packages on Tuesday morning (no substitution allowed).

3. Conference Proceedings will be shipped by Monday, Nov. 1, 2021. No cancellation or refund permitted.

Policies for Conference Registration: Cancellation, substitution, and refund requests will not be accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing for consideration. Cancellations and refunds will be considered only if submitted in writing and only if received by the following deadline: Cancellation requests received by Monday 8/2/2021 will receive a full refund (less a $150 processing fee). Cancellation requests received after Monday 8/2/2021 will receive no refund.

Badge substitution: $150 charge. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to Savant Company Inc., SoC Conference Registration, P.O. Box 51330, Irvine, CA 92619, USA. Absolutely no refund for walk-in registration on Sept. 14, 2021, or Sept. 15, 2021. No Workshop refunds will be permitted.
